Additional Rules
- Registered guests only may stay overnight.
- Beach stairs are steep. Use appropriate footwear and caution.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near beach stairs.
- After beach use, rinse at the laundry tap and shower downstairs before entering.
- Please report any issues promptly.
- Put out council bins on Sunday (all three bins if unsure).
Cancellation Policy And Refundable Bond
Full refund for any cancellation request within 24 hours of booking and payment.
After that, a firm cancellation policy applies: 50% refund if cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival.
No refund for cancellations closer than 60 days to arrival.
Refundable bond: $500 AUD charged at booking approval.
Bond auto-refunds 48 hours after checkout unless held for damage review.
Full amount is required at time of booking.
